Who we are
BluPrynt is a product of Bujify Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 6270 Riverwalk Ln, Unit 3, Jupiter, FL 33458. References to “BluPrynt”, “we”, “us”, and “our” in this policy refer to Bujify Enterprises LLC operating under the BluPrynt brand.
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (account email, company name, role, demo-request details), information generated by your use of the product (uploaded blueprints, estimates, custom price lists, account activity), and standard technical data (IP, device, and browser metadata for security and analytics).
How we use it
We use this information to operate the product, provide support, secure the platform, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your uploaded blueprints, price lists, or estimates to train AI models — your bid data is yours.
Data residency
All customer data is stored in United States regions. Database backups are encrypted with managed keys. Row-level security isolates each account's data at the database layer.
Subprocessors
We use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database services, both in US regions. We use Stripe for billing. We use Google Analytics 4 (privacy-respecting configuration) and Microsoft Clarity for product analytics. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time by emailing privacy@gobluprynt.com. Account deletion permanently removes your bids, price lists, and uploaded blueprints from active systems within 30 days.
